KARIN WEISZ

With a background in law and 20 years in the reinsurance industry, I returned to photography, completing an extensive training at cap school of photography. I now specialise in architecture, interior, product and food photography.

Based in Schindellegi, I primarily work on location, wherever my clients need me. I work with a variety of medium format and high resolution full format cameras and a drone, a number of speciality tilt-shift, wide angle and macro lenses and industry-leading photo editing software.

My work appears in corporate publications, magazines and large-format billboard campaigns, as well as in marketing contexts more broadly.

There is more common ground between law and photography than one might assume. Precision of observation, the discipline to listen closely and grasp what a client truly requires, an unwavering professionalism, discretion, focus and the creativity to reconcile competing interests - these are the same faculties I bring to a shoot as I once brought to client negotiations.

Beyond commissioned work, I pursue personal projects, exhibit, and offer fine art prints in limited edition.
